This Privacy Policy applies to the Stallion Bespoke mobile application and any related services operated by Stallion Bespoke (collectively, the “Application”). Stallion Bespoke is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Service Provider”.

• The time spent using the Application

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• Phone Number

• Name

The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to assist the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services.

The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application.

Uninstalling the Application will stop future data collection but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties.

The Service Provider retains personal data according to the following schedule:

Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance.

Retained indefinitely because it no longer identifies you.

Retained for as long as required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation requiring retention.

Please note that some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 18, or such higher age as required by applicable law.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s internet usage and instruct them never to provide personal information through the Application without permission.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and stored by the Service Provider.

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including providing information about:

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action.
